What is the difference between Not Applicable and Not Relevant when answering questions?

Answer “Not Applicable” is given by the questions/requirements that appear by certain standard but they are not in relation with assessed machine. Answer “Not Relevant” is given by the questions/requirements that appear by certain checklist/standard but can be excluded from Final Report. This gives a possibility to the user to create Checklists that are more general. For example one checklist can have EU regulation based questions and US regulation based questions. If assessment is done in the EU, all US required questions can be set to “Not Relevant” and they will not apear in Final Report. The same is valid if the assessment is done in the US.
