Project machines displays list of project machines.

Overview

Following diagram describes features available in project machines.

  • Project Machines List - displays project details and project statistics

  • Add Project Machine - creates new project machine

  • Edit Project Machine - updates existing project machine

  • Copy & Paste Project Machine Assessment - copy & paste of project machine assessment from one project machine to another

Project Machines List

This is the main screen of project machines functionality. It displays list of project machines.

Following actions are available in standards list screen:

  • Add Project Machine - activated using top right button

  • Edit Project Machine - activated in dropwodn menu on row

  • Copy & Paste Project Machine Assessment - activated in dropwodn menu on row

  • Reset Project Machine Assessment - activated in dropdown menu on row

  • Delete Project Machine - activated in dropwodn menu on row

  • Project Machine Assessment - activated by clicking on row

Add Project Machine

This screen is used to add new project machines.

Add project machines

Warning: Clicking on each row in Add Project Machine screen will open edit modal dialog for machine from Settings Machines - i.e. editing in this modal dialog will change global machine definition NOT project machine in current project.

Note: New Machine button open modal dialog for adding new Settings Machine with pre-filled company and site. After new Settings Machine is created, it can be selected and added to current project.

Edit Project Machine

This modal screen is used to edit existing project machine.

Copy & Paste Project Machine Assessment

This functionality allows to copy project machine assessment from existing project machine to another project machine. Following are steps to copy and paste project machine assessment:

  1. On existing project machine select Copy Assessment from dropdown menu on row with corresponding project machine

  2. Information about current project machine assessment in clipboard will appear on screen bottom.

  3. Choose Paste Assessment from dropdown menu on destination project machine (can be in same project or in another project)

  4. Paste assessment modal dialog will appear

  5. Select from available options what should be pasted

  6. Clicking on Paste button will overvwrite existing project machine assessment with project machine assessment from source project machine

Paste project machine assessment

Possible paste assessment options are:

  • Assessment - include checkpoints answers and associated hazards (inclusive photos). Exsiting hazard implementations will be reset.

  • Accepted Hazards - include already accepted (implemented) hazards

  • Control Integrities - include control integrities

  • Measurements - include measurements

  • Components - include components

  • Machine Photos - include project machine photos

  • Standards - include standards

  • Declarations - include declaration
